Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**SNS-401** is a preclinical personalized, multi-antigenic ImmunoPhage therapeutic cancer-vaccine program developed by Sensei Biotherapeutics with the University of Washington. The program, subsequently referred to as **SNS-401-NG**, uses premanufactured ImmunoPhage constructs from Sensei's Phortress library on an improved proprietary bacteriophage construct and is designed to induce coordinated innate and antigen-specific adaptive T-cell responses against personalized tumor antigens. Its lead proof-of-concept application was Merkel cell carcinoma, with additional early development interest in breast cancer, head and neck cancer, lung cancer, and melanoma.
