Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SNS-401-NG is a first-in-class, multi-antigenic, personalized ImmunoPhage cocktail designed by Sensei Biotherapeutics for the treatment of Merkel Cell Carcinoma. It is based on an advanced bacteriophage platform and is composed of premanufactured Immunophage candidates from the company’s Phortress antigen library, allowing for a personalized approach. The product is being developed in collaboration with the University of Washington and represents a next-generation approach for inducing anti-tumor immune responses by presenting multiple tumor antigens. Its mechanism is immunostimulatory, aiming to activate antigen-specific T cells against tumor cells[1][2][3][6][9][12][13][14].
