Overview

SNT001 is a small molecule peptidomimetic developed by Sintica Biotech that targets the CD271 receptor (also known as p75NTR or p75 neurotrophin receptor). It is designed to induce apoptosis in melanoma cells, specifically targeting melanoma-initiating cells and cancer stem cells which are often linked to tumor relapse, metastasis, and resistance to standard therapies. The drug is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of melanoma.
