SNV-001 is a potent, highly selective small molecule inhibitor and trapper of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1) developed by Synnovation Therapeutics. It is designed to target homologous recombination deficient (HRD) cancers, such as those with BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutations, while sparing PARP2 to minimize hematologic toxicities like myelosuppression. Preclinically, SNV-001 has demonstrated robust anti-tumor activity both as a monotherapy and in combination with standard-of-care chemotherapies (e.g., carboplatin, topotecan) or other DNA damage response (DDR) inhibitors (e.g., ATR, WEE1, USP1, and Pol theta inhibitors).
