SNVP-32 is a preclinical-stage autologous senolytic dendritic cell immunotherapy being developed by Immorta Bio, Inc. for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Part of the company's SenoVax platform, SNVP-32 is designed to train the patient's immune system to selectively recognize and eliminate tumor-associated senescent cells. These senescent cells accumulate within the tumor microenvironment, secreting pro-inflammatory factors that promote tumor growth, immune evasion, and resistance to standard therapies. The therapeutic is manufactured by pulsing patient-derived dendritic cells with lysates from autologous senescent fibroblasts generated in vitro. Upon administration, SNVP-32 stimulates a CD8+ T cell- and interferon-gamma-mediated immune response to clear senescent cells, thereby disrupting the tumor-supportive microenvironment and restoring immune surveillance against pancreatic malignancies.
