SNX281 + pembrolizumab is a combination investigational therapy consisting of SNX281, a systemically available small molecule agonist of Stimulator of Interferon Genes (STING), and pembrolizumab, a monoclonal antibody immune checkpoint inhibitor targeting PD-1. SNX281 activates the innate immune response by targeting STING, thus priming and enhancing the antitumor T-cell immune response. Pembrolizumab inhibits PD-1, preventing T-cell inactivation by tumor cells. This combination is under clinical investigation for advanced solid tumors and lymphoma, particularly in patients relapsed or refractory to prior immune checkpoint therapies. The combination aims to leverage synergistic effects between innate and adaptive immune activation for improved tumor control[2][3][4].
