SNX281 + pembrolizumab

SNX281 + pembrolizumab is a combination investigational therapy consisting of SNX281, a systemically available small molecule agonist of Stimulator of Interferon Genes (STING), and pembrolizumab, a monoclonal antibody immune checkpoint inhibitor targeting PD-1. SNX281 activates the innate immune response by targeting STING, thus priming and enhancing the antitumor T-cell immune response. Pembrolizumab inhibits PD-1, preventing T-cell inactivation by tumor cells. This combination is under clinical investigation for advanced solid tumors and lymphoma, particularly in patients relapsed or refractory to prior immune checkpoint therapies.
