SOB100 is a first-in-class, gene-engineered exosome therapy platform designed to target HLA-G, an immune checkpoint molecule exploited by various cancers for immune evasion. The drug uses nanobody technology embedded in the exosome membrane to specifically bind HLA-G, enabling precise delivery of therapeutic agents—including protein and small-molecule drugs—directly to tumor cells. This targeted approach allows SOB100 to deliver its cargo across the blood-brain barrier and minimize systemic toxicity compared to conventional chemotherapy.
