**Jiafuning** is an oral granular phosphate-replacement medicine containing sodium dihydrogen phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate. It provides bioavailable inorganic phosphate to correct hypophosphatemia and support skeletal mineralization in hypophosphatemic rickets and osteomalacia. The Chinese product is approved for hypophosphatemia and for patients with hypophosphatemic rickets or osteomalacia; each sachet contains 330 mg sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate and 119 mg disodium hydrogen phosphate, equivalent to 100 mg elemental phosphorus.
