**Sodium nitrite + sildenafil** is a combination of two drugs: sodium nitrite, an inorganic compound used medically as an antidote or vasodilator, and sildenafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (PDE5 inhibitor) primarily used for erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension. Both drugs act as vasodilators but through distinct mechanisms.
