Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Sofosbuvir + velpatasvir + voxilaprevir** is an oral fixed-dose direct-acting antiviral combination for chronic hepatitis C virus infection. It combines sofosbuvir, a nucleotide analog inhibitor of the HCV NS5B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase; velpatasvir, an inhibitor of the HCV NS5A replication-complex protein; and voxilaprevir, an inhibitor of the HCV NS3/4A serine protease. Marketed by Gilead as Vosevi, it is supplied as a 400 mg/100 mg/100 mg film-coated tablet and is principally used as a 12-week retreatment regimen for adults with chronic HCV infection without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis after failure of specified prior direct-acting antiviral regimens.
