Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SOLLAGEN is a topical cell therapy-derived product developed by CellResearch Corporation for the treatment of diabetic skin complications, particularly chronic diabetic foot ulcers (DFU). Its active ingredient, PTT-6®, is a proprietary complex containing over 3,000 proteins—including growth factors, cytokines, exosomes, glycoproteins, and peptides—derived from the culture media of umbilical cord lining stem cells. SOLLAGEN works by signaling local cells to regenerate, increasing cellular turnover, and stimulating the natural production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. This multi-faceted approach accelerates wound repair, reduces inflammation, and promotes healing in refractory ulcers that have persisted for three months or longer.
