Overview

Solrikitug-Based Bispecific 1 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody being developed by Uniquity Bio. It is engineered using the sequence of solrikitug, a high-affinity monoclonal antibody that targets Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP), which Uniquity in-licensed from Merck & Co. The bispecific molecule is designed to target TSLP along with a second, undisclosed target to simultaneously modulate multiple immune and inflammatory pathways. This approach is intended to provide enhanced therapeutic benefit over TSLP inhibition alone in the treatment of immune-mediated diseases, particularly in the respiratory and gastrointestinal fields.
