Solrikitug-Based Bispecific 2

Solrikitug-Based Bispecific 2 is a preclinical bispecific antibody being developed by Uniquity Bio. It is constructed using solrikitug, a monoclonal antibody that targets Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP), as a foundational component. The molecule is designed to bind both TSLP and a second, undisclosed target to modulate immune and inflammatory pathways. TSLP is an epithelial-derived cytokine that acts as a master regulator of type 2 (T2) inflammation and is implicated in various respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases. By targeting two distinct pathways, this bispecific antibody aims to provide enhanced therapeutic efficacy over TSLP inhibition alone.
