Overview
**Solutech-TC10** is a novel oral nanoemulsion formulation designed for enhanced bioavailability of cannabinoids, containing 23.44 mg cannabis oil with **10.0 mg Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC)** and **9.76 mg cannabidiol (CBD)** (or approximately 12.2 mg CBD per some records), combined with emulsifiers, co-solvents, oil carrier, antioxidants, preservatives, and water. Developed by **New Age Ventures LLC**, it significantly improves pharmacokinetic parameters including higher Cmax, faster Tmax, shorter lag time, and larger absorption/elimination rate constants for Δ9-THC, CBD, 11-OH-THC, and THC-COOH compared to medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil formulations in healthy volunteers, as shown in a randomized, triple-blind study (NCT04601207). It supports potential therapeutic and recreational applications by optimizing oral cannabinoid delivery while demonstrating safety and tolerability with minimal adverse events.[1][3]
