Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**sonrotoclax + zanubrutinib + obinutuzumab** is a combination regimen of three pharmaceutical agents: sonrotoclax (a novel BCL-2 inhibitor, currently investigational), zanubrutinib (a selective small molecule Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor), and obinutuzumab (a CD20-directed monoclonal antibody). Each agent targets different mechanisms associated with the survival and proliferation of B-cell malignancies. Obinutuzumab effects B-cell lysis via CDC, ADCC, and apoptosis[4]. Zanubrutinib inhibits BTK to block B-cell receptor signaling and malignant B-cell proliferation[1][3][5]. Sonrotoclax, as reported in clinical trial literature, inhibits BCL-2, promoting apoptosis in B-cell cancers. The regimen is under evaluation for use in relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, including follicular lymphoma.
