SOT112 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed for the treatment of cancer, specifically targeting solid tumors. It is designed to enhance tumor-targeting precision and address heterogeneity in solid tumor target expression. The drug utilizes Synaffix’s proprietary ADC technology platform, which includes GlycoConnect, HydraSpace, and toxSYN linker-payload technologies. The payload used in these ADCs is an anthracycline toxin called PNU, a highly potent cytotoxic agent that induces immunogenic cell death and exerts a long-lasting anti-tumor immune response.
