Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SOT114 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by SOTIO Biotech in collaboration with NBE-Therapeutics (a subsidiary of Boehringer Ingelheim) for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic candidate is designed to simultaneously target two distinct tumor-associated antigens, leveraging bispecific binding to improve tumor selectivity, enhance internalization, and overcome tumor heterogeneity. SOT114 utilizes NBE-Therapeutics' proprietary site-specific SMAC-Technology™ (Sortase-Mediated Antibody Conjugation) to attach a potent anthracycline-based cytotoxic payload, aiming to deliver targeted cell-killing activity while minimizing off-target toxicity.
