Sox4 siRNA is a small interfering RNA (siRNA) designed to silence the expression of the SRY-box transcription factor 4 (SOX4) through RNA interference. SOX4 is a transcription factor involved in embryonic development and cell differentiation, and its deregulation is linked to various cancers. In research involving cutaneous melanoma, Sox4 siRNA has been utilized to investigate the gene's role in tumor progression.
