Soy Vitamin D Calcium Softgel (marketed under the brand name Dimeilan) is an oral dietary supplement developed by Anshi Pharmaceutical. It is formulated as a softgel capsule containing calcium carbonate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), and soy isoflavones. The combination is designed to support bone health and increase bone density, particularly in postmenopausal women. Calcium carbonate provides elemental calcium for bone mineralization, cholecalciferol enhances calcium absorption via the vitamin D receptor (VDR), and soy isoflavones act as phytoestrogens (selective estrogen receptor modulators) to help mitigate bone resorption associated with estrogen decline during menopause.
