Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SP0306 ADC is a dual-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Protheragen for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The therapeutic candidate is designed to simultaneously target interleukin-23 (IL-23) and tumor necrosis factor-like ligand 1A (TL1A), both of which are validated drivers of inflammation in Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. By combining the specificity of monoclonal antibodies with a potent payload, SP0306 ADC aims to provide a more targeted and effective intervention for patients with refractory IBD. The program is currently in Phase I clinical development.
