Overview

SP2H is a potent and highly selective targeted STING (Stimulator of Interferon Genes) degrader developed by Sulis Therapeutics. It is designed to deplete STING in the liver and other peripheral organs, thereby reducing pathological STING activation, inflammation, and fibrosis. In preclinical models, SP2H has demonstrated efficacy in reducing NAFLD Activity Score (NAS) and liver fibrosis in mouse models of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), as well as improving survival and reducing inflammatory cytokines in Trex1-/- mouse models of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and systemic sclerosis (SSc).
