Overview

SPARC1102 (also known as SPARC-1102, 1334H, SUN 1334H) is a small molecule drug developed for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis in individuals aged 10 years and older. It acts as a highly selective antagonist of the histamine H1 receptor. The drug was developed by Sun Pharma and has reached Phase 2 clinical trials for allergic conjunctivitis and various forms of allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial), as well as chronic urticaria. Its mechanism involves blocking the histamine H1 receptor to reduce symptoms associated with allergic reactions[1][4].
