**Spascupreel** is a homeopathic combination remedy manufactured by Biologische Heilmittel Heel GmbH for the treatment of spasms in smooth and striated muscles, including gastrointestinal spasms, intestinal colic, biliary colic, uterine spasms, dysmenorrhea, urinary tract spasms, and muscular spasticity such as myogelosis or fibromyalgia.
