SPC1001 Mid2

SPC1001 Mid2 is a fixed-dose triple combination therapy developed by Shin Poong Pharmaceutical for the treatment of essential hypertension. It combines three small molecule antihypertensive agents with distinct mechanisms of action: candesartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker), amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker), and indapamide (a thiazide-like diuretic). The Mid2 formulation specifically contains 4 mg of candesartan, 1.25 mg of amlodipine, and 1.25 mg of indapamide.
