The combination is under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, particularly biliary tract carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, gastric, and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinomas, with focus on tumors expressing claudin 18.2 or CD47. The combination is not currently approved and is being evaluated in ongoing Phase I/II studies[5][7][9].
