Overview

SPH3348 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor targeting the c-Met (hepatocyte growth factor receptor; HGFR) oncoprotein. By binding to and inhibiting c-Met, SPH3348 disrupts c-Met-dependent signal transduction pathways that are implicated in tumor growth and progression.
