SpheroGel is an injectable, heterogeneous collagen-based hydrogel designed for regenerative medicine, primarily in orthopedics and traumatology. It is composed of animal-derived collagen microparticles and a complex of extracellular matrix components, including glycosaminoglycans and amino acids. The product acts as a biomimetic scaffold and stabilizer for hyaluronic acid, facilitating the restoration of joint tissues, tendons, and muscles. It is characterized by its ability to undergo slow resorption (lasting at least 3 months), providing sustained therapeutic effects in treating osteoarthritis and degenerative joint diseases.
