Overview

**Spray 1** is an anonymized commercially available topical sunscreen spray used as one arm of the FDA-sponsored maximal-use clinical study NCT03582215. It was applied at 2 mg/cm² to approximately 75% of body surface area four times daily for four days to evaluate systemic absorption of organic sunscreen filters. The study measured systemic exposure to avobenzone, oxybenzone, and octocrylene following use of Spray 1; the public report does not identify its commercial brand name.
