SPT001

SPT001 is a proprietary small molecule endosomal escape enhancer developed by Sapreme Technologies, derived from a natural compound found in soapwort. It addresses a key limitation in macromolecule therapeutics by promoting efficient release of therapeutic cargo, such as antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) and antibody-conjugated toxins, from endolysosomal compartments into the cytoplasm, thereby improving intracellular target engagement, potency, and therapeutic index while maintaining low toxicity.
