Overview

**SPX-629** is an investigational, HER2-targeting dual-payload antibody-drug conjugate being developed by SparX Biopharmaceutical for HER2-expressing cancers. The ADC is designed to bind human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 on tumor cells and deliver two cytotoxic payload mechanisms: a topoisomerase I inhibitor and monomethyl auristatin E, a microtubule-disrupting agent. The program is in IND-enabling development.
