Overview

SPY-007 is an investigational, long-acting monoclonal antibody designed to target both interleukin-17A (IL-17A) and interleukin-17F (IL-17F). Developed by Spyre Therapeutics, the biologic is engineered with half-life extension technology to enable infrequent subcutaneous dosing. SPY-007 is being developed primarily for the treatment of hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) as part of SPY-772, a co-formulated combination program that pairs SPY-007 with SPY-072, a long-acting anti-TL1A antibody.
