SPY130 is a next-generation, bispecific monoclonal antibody combination therapy in preclinical development for inflammatory bowel diseases, particularly ulcerative colitis. It consists of two engineered antibodies—SPY001 and SPY003—formulated together to provide extended half-life and subcutaneous administration.
