Overview

SPY772 is an investigational monoclonal antibody being developed by Spyre Therapeutics for the treatment of Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). The therapeutic is designed to dual-target Tumor Necrosis Factor-like Ligand 1A (TL1A) and Interleukin-17 (IL-17), two cytokines that are key drivers of chronic inflammation in skin and autoimmune disorders. By neutralizing both TL1A and IL-17, SPY772 aims to provide a synergistic anti-inflammatory effect, potentially offering improved clinical outcomes for patients with moderate-to-severe HS.
