Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SPYK04 is an oral small molecule drug that was developed by Chugai Pharmaceutical for the treatment of solid tumors with specific gene mutations. It was investigated in a phase I open-label, multicenter dose escalation and cohort expansion study in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring RAS gene mutations. The drug was administered as a capsule taken orally once daily. The primary aim of clinical development was to assess safety and pharmacokinetics in this patient population. Development has been discontinued[1][3][4].
