SQZ-AAC-HPV + ipilimumab is a **combination cellular immunotherapy regimen** developed for the treatment of **HPV16-positive advanced or metastatic solid tumors**. SQZ-AAC-HPV is comprised of autologous red blood cells engineered with tumor-specific antigens (E6 and E7 from HPV16) via the Cell Squeeze platform, designed to activate antigen-presenting cells (APCs) and stimulate CD8+ T cell mediated anti-tumor immunity. Ipilimumab, a monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor targeting CTLA-4, is added to potentiate T cell activation and sustain anti-tumor responses. This combination is currently evaluated in a Phase 1 trial for safety and preliminary efficacy, specifically in HLA-A*02+ patients with HPV16+ tumors such as head and neck, cervical, and other solid tumors[1][2][3][5][6][7].
