SR-A1 antibody

SR-A1 antibody is a research-use-only antibody that targets class A1 scavenger receptor (SR-A1, also known as SCARA1, MSR1, or CD204). SR-A1 is a pattern recognition receptor primarily expressed on the surface of macrophages, monocytes, dendritic cells, and microglia. In preclinical research, blocking SR-A1 with an antibody has been shown to modulate macrophage polarization (promoting anti-inflammatory M2 polarization) and attenuate inflammatory responses, such as in murine models of dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced colitis, by inhibiting the TLR4-MyD88-NF-kB signaling pathway.
