Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Sravathi AI Technology is developing a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. This therapeutic candidate is designed to utilize the cell's natural protein degradation machinery by recruiting an E3 ubiquitin ligase to a specific, though currently undisclosed, target protein. By facilitating the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of the target, the drug aims to inhibit oncogenic signaling pathways relevant to pancreatic cancer progression. As of early 2024, the program is in the Lead Identification (Lead ID) stage of preclinical discovery.
