Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SRB21 is a bispecific antibody that targets both HER2 (Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2) and HER3 (Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-3)[1][2][5]. Its mechanism of action involves antagonism of these receptors, aiming to inhibit signaling pathways involved in tumor growth and survival in highly invasive solid tumors. Developed originally by Sunrock Biopharma, SRB21 has been licensed to Debiopharm to further develop as part of an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) program leveraging Debiopharm's MultiLINK linker technology to address HER2- and HER3-driven and resistant tumors, particularly in oncology. The drug is in preclinical development and has not yet reached clinical phases[1][2][5].
