Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SRNDE-02 is an investigational small interfering RNA (siRNA) therapy being developed by Sirius Therapeutics for the treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD). The drug is designed to utilize siRNA-mediated gene silencing to target specific, currently undisclosed, molecular drivers of renal disease progression. SRNDE-02 is part of a broader pipeline of RNA-based therapeutics that leverage proprietary delivery technologies for targeted tissue distribution, including delivery to the kidney. It is currently in the preclinical or IND-enabling stage of development.
