Overview

SRRM2 ADC (also known as SRRM2-ADC) is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Eximmium and Zeno Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors, including pancreatic cancer and small cell lung cancer (SCLC). The drug consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting serine/arginine repetitive matrix protein 2 (SRRM2) conjugated to an undisclosed cytotoxic payload. Although SRRM2 is traditionally known as an intracellular RNA-binding protein involved in pre-mRNA splicing and nuclear speckle scaffolding, it has been found to be selectively translocated and exposed on the cell surface of various cancer cells. Upon binding to cell-surface SRRM2, the ADC is internalized, delivering its cytotoxic payload to induce tumor cell death.
