Overview

SRRM2 BiTE is a preclinical-stage bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) being developed by Eximmium and Zeno Therapeutics for the treatment of oncology indications. The therapeutic is designed to target Serine/arginine repetitive matrix protein 2 (SRRM2), a nuclear speckles protein involved in pre-mRNA splicing that is aberrantly translocated and exposed on the surface of cancer cells. By simultaneously binding to SRRM2 on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells, the bispecific antibody recruits and activates T cells to selectively promote tumor-cell killing.
