Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SSGJ-706 + bevacizumab + XELOX is a combination therapy regimen being developed by Shenyang Sunshine Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancers. This multi-targeted approach combines **SSGJ-706**, a monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor to enhance anti-tumor immune responses; **bevacizumab**, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) to suppress tumor angiogenesis; and **XELOX**, a standard chemotherapy regimen consisting of capecitabine (an oral fluoropyrimidine) and oxaliplatin (a platinum-based agent). The combination is currently being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials for indications including gastric adenocarcinoma, gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, colorectal cancer, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and esophageal cancer, aiming to leverage the synergistic effects of immune checkpoint inhibition, anti-angiogenesis, and cytotoxic chemotherapy.
