Overview

SSGJ-709 is a bispecific antibody designed to target both **PD-1** (Programmed cell death protein 1) and **LAG-3** (Lymphocyte activation gene-3), two immune checkpoint proteins involved in the regulation of immune responses against tumors. By simultaneously inhibiting PD-1 and LAG-3, SSGJ-709 is intended to enhance the anti-tumor activity of T cells and potentially overcome resistance mechanisms associated with single checkpoint blockade. SSGJ-709 is being developed for use in patients with advanced malignant solid tumors and is currently under investigation in phase 1 clinical studies for safety, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor efficacy. The drug is developed by Shenyang Sunshine Pharmaceutical[1][2][6][7][9].
