Overview

SSGJ-716 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the OX40 ligand (OX40L), developed by Sunshine Guojian Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of 3SBio. It is currently in Phase I clinical development for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. By binding to OX40L on antigen-presenting cells, SSGJ-716 prevents its interaction with the OX40 receptor on activated T cells, thereby suppressing the costimulatory signals required for the expansion and survival of pathogenic Th2 cells. This mechanism is intended to provide a targeted and durable therapeutic effect for chronic inflammatory conditions while maintaining a favorable safety profile.
