Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**SSL-DXR-DR5** is an experimental sterically stabilized, doxorubicin-loaded immunoliposome covalently decorated with the DR5 agonist monoclonal antibody AMG655. The construct is intended to increase intratumoral retention and delivery of doxorubicin while selectively engaging death receptor 5 to activate extrinsic apoptosis. It was evaluated preclinically in pancreatic cancer cell-line xenografts and patient-derived xenograft models, including in combination with sonic hedgehog pathway inhibitor tumor priming.
