SSR181507 is a dopamine D₂ receptor antagonist/partial agonist and a serotonin 5-HT₁A receptor agonist. It is a novel tropanemethanamine benzodioxane derivative with high affinities for D₂-like and 5-HT₁A receptors. Initially developed by **Sanofi-Aventis**, SSR181507 has shown potential in treating schizophrenia and exhibits mixed antidepressant and anxiolytic activities in animal models.
