Overview

SSS40 is a high-affinity humanized monoclonal antibody that directly binds to nerve growth factor (NGF), neutralizing its biological activity and blocking pain signal transmission. It works by inhibiting the NGF signaling pathway, regulating the expression of pain-related substances, and desensitizing pain neurons to inflammatory responses, thereby achieving analgesic effects. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of bone metastasis pain.
