Overview
SSS59 is a trispecific T-cell engager (TriTE) designed for the treatment of advanced cancers, particularly solid tumors. Its mechanism of action involves simultaneously targeting **CD28**, **CD3**, and **MUC17**. The drug acts as a CD28 inhibitor, CD3 stimulant, and MUC17 inhibitor, thereby modulating T cell responses and tumor cell recognition. SSS59 is a humanized antibody-based immunotherapy developed by Shenyang Sunshine Pharmaceuticals. The drug aims to redirect T cell cytotoxicity against tumor cells expressing MUC17 and is currently being evaluated in phase 1 clinical trials for safety, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor efficacy in patients with advanced malignancies[1][3][7][9][10].
