Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SST-1034 is a small-molecule activator of casein kinase 1 alpha (CK1α) being developed by StemSynergy Therapeutics as a targeted therapy for Wnt pathway–dependent diseases and tumors, including adenomatous polyps.[7][5][12] By selectively activating CK1α, a key negative regulator of canonical Wnt/β‑catenin signaling, SST-1034 is intended to enhance phosphorylation and degradation of β‑catenin, thereby suppressing oncogenic Wnt-driven transcriptional programs in susceptible tissues.[7][5] The program remains in preclinical development, with no disclosed clinical trials or marketed formulations to date.[7][5][12]
