SSTA-152 (also referred to as SSTK-152) is a preclinical-stage small molecule developed by StemSynergy Therapeutics. It is designed to target and potentially degrade Myc family proteins, specifically c-Myc and N-Myc, which are transcription factors frequently overexpressed or dysregulated in a wide range of human cancers. By reducing the levels or activity of these proteins, SSTA-152 aims to inhibit the growth and survival of c-Myc- and N-Myc-driven malignancies. The program is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of various Myc-driven cancers.
